摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗对糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月—2019年2月期间该院收治的68例糖尿病肾病患者,根据治疗方式分为降糖益肾汤组和西药组,各34例。西药组采用西药(厄贝沙坦)治疗,降糖益肾汤组在西药组基础上增加降糖益肾汤治疗,观察两组患者血糖及肾功能指标改善情况,并对比两组不良反应情况。结果降糖益肾汤组治疗12周后空腹血糖(4.38±1.24)mmol/L和糖化血红蛋白(7.48±0.98)%指标水平显著低于西药组(5.68±1.14)mmol/L、(8.37±1.02)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。降糖益肾汤组治疗12周后血肌酐(192.23±42.03)μmol/L、24 h尿蛋白定量(0.26±0.13)g/24 h指标水平均显著低于西药组(286.31±52.71)μmol/L、(0.42±0.15)g/24 h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦+降糖益肾汤治疗可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能,同时提升降糖效果,该中西医结合方案疗法可靠,值得推广借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 68 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into Jiangtang Yishen Decoction group and Western medicine group according to the treatment method,34 cases each.The western medicine group was treated with western medicine(irbesartan),and the Jiangtang Yishen Decoction group added Jiangtang Yishen Decoction to the western medicine group.Observe the improvement of blood glucose and renal function indexes of the two groups,and compare the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose(4.38±1.24)mmol/L and glycated hemoglobin(7.48±0.98)%in the Jiangtang Yishen Decoction group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group(5.68±1.14)mmol/L,(8.37±1.02)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood creatinine(192.23±42.03)μmol/L and 24 h urine protein quantitative(0.26±0.13)g/24 h indexes of Jiangtang Yishen Decoction group were significantly lower than those of the Western medicine group(286.31±52.71)μmol/L,(0.42±0.15)g/24 h,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan+Jiangtang Yishen Decoction can effectively improve the renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy,and at the same time improve the hypoglycemic effect.This combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is reliable and worth promoting.
