摘要
目的探究雾化吸入治疗糖尿病合并慢性咽炎的效果。方法对该院2018年1月—2019年5月期间治疗的88例糖尿病合并慢性咽炎患者进行病情回顾分析。在患者及家属签署知情同意书后,将其按照入院先后的顺序平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者在分组治疗期间内服六味地黄汤进行治疗,观察组患者在分组治疗期间进行雾化吸入治疗。医护人员在两组患者治疗结束后,将其治疗有效率进行记录对比。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(97.72%)高于对照组患者治疗有效率(86.36%)(χ^2=6.154,P=0.035);治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖值与餐后血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖值与餐后2 h血糖值显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入治疗能够有效提升糖尿病合并慢性咽炎患者的治疗有效率,与此同时,医护人员还能在治疗过程中通过制定科学合理的饮食运动计划来控制患者的血糖指数。该治疗方法疗效显著,且能够有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nebulized inhalation in the treatment of diabetes with chronic pharyngitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 88 patients with diabetes and chronic pharyngitis treated in the hospital from January 2018 to May 2019.After the patients and their families signed the informed consent,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The patients in the control group took Liuwei Dihuang Decoction for treatment within the group treatment period,and the patients in the observation group were treated with inhalation inhalation during the group treatment period.After the treatment of the two groups of patients,the medical staff recorded and compared the effectiveness of their treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.72%)was higher than that in the control group(86.36%)(χ^2=6.154,P=0.035);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the fasting blood glucose value and postprandial blood glucose value(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose value and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose value of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nebulized inhalation therapy can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients with diabetes and chronic pharyngitis.At the same time,medical staff can also control the patients'glycemic index by formulating a scientific and reasonable diet and exercise plan during the treatment process.This treatment method has obvious curative effect and can effectively improve the patient's quality of life.
