摘要
目的探讨QQ群对妊娠期糖尿病患者出院后自我管理的影响。方法选取该院2018年3月—2019年3月间收治的96例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=48)以及对照组(n=48)。对照组采取常规干预,研究组在此基础上利用QQ群进行持续性干预,比较两组患者自我管理能力以及血糖控制情况。结果干预前,研究组自我管理能力分值与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过干预后,研究组自我管理能力分值要明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,研究组FBG、2 hPBG以及HbAlc水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过干预后,研究组FBG、2 hPBG以及HbAlc水平均要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用QQ群对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行干预,有利于提升其自我管理能力,进一步强化其血糖控制,使患者病情稳定康复。
Objective To explore the influence of QQ group on self-management of gestational diabetes patients after discharge.Methods Ninety-six patients with gestational diabetes admitted in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into a research group(n=48)and a control group(n=48).The control group took routine intervention,and the research group used the QQ group for continuous intervention on this basis to compare the self-management ability and blood glucose control of the two groups of patients.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the self-management score of the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the self-management score of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbAlc in the study group were not statistically significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbAlc in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using QQ group to intervene in gestational diabetes patients is helpful to improve their self-management ability,further strengthen their blood glucose control,and make the patient's condition recovery steadily.
