摘要 为了解决分体设计时天平在模型上的结构布局困难、天平尺寸小、设计难度大等问题,采用了模型天平一体化设计。基于虚拟校准软件平台,以灵敏度输出和控制各分量之间干扰为目标,对天平进行结构优化分析。通过在天平上局部切缝或者切槽,调整天平结构刚度分布,达到降低天平各分量之间干扰量的目的。静态校准和风洞试验结果表明,一体化五分量铰链力矩天平研制成功,为小尺度模型条件下的天平设计提供了新的思路和借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of the structure layout of the balance on the model and the difficulty of the small scale design in the split design,the integrated design of the balance and model is adopted.Based on the virtual calibration software platform,the optimization is performed on balance with the sensitivity output and the interference between the components.By locally slitting or grooving on the balance,the stiffness distribution of the balance structure is adjusted to achieve the purpose of reducing the interference from the components.The results of calibration and wind tunnel test shows that the integrated five-component hinge moment balance has been successfully developed,which provides a new idea and reference for the balance design under small-scale model conditions.
