摘要 针对目前继电保护装置调试校验过程中参数配置存在的问题,提出了一种参数图形化显示与控制的方法,并搭建了软硬件系统平台。该平台以SCD文件为信息源注入,自动解析文件中SV和GOOSE信息,动态地对SV和GOOSE虚端子回路连线进行图形化展示,直观地对GOOSE状态进行实时显示和便携化图形控制,并可对重合闸逻辑正确性进行判断和SV、GOOSE检修软压板状态进行图形化切换,大大提高了校验效率,降低了调试工作量。 The parameters configuration of intelligent substation relay protection tester is very complex during engineering commissioning on site and periodic maintenance.How to simplify the parameters configuration,present visually and control graphically is of great importance in practical significance and application value to deduce commissioning workload and improve testing efficiency.To solve the existing problem of parameters configuration during relay protection devices commissioning,this paper presents a method of parameters configuration with visual present and graphic control,and a hardware and software system platform is built.The system is based on SCD files.And the SV and GOOSE information in the file is automatically analyzed.The circuit connection of SV and GOOSE virtual terminal is presented visually.The states of GOOSE are visually presented and graphically controlled.The reclosing logic is judged automatically,which gives a visual remainder.The maintenance soft strap of SV and GOOSE can be graphically switched.With the platform,the commissioning workload can be deduced and the testing efficiency can be improved.
