摘要
在智能配网和泛在物联网加速建设的大环境下,通过充分应用配电自动化、大数据、云计算等现代信息技术,实现配网故障信息全面感知及各系统应用的灵活配合;并梳理出新的配网单相接地故障精准指挥模式,使得在配网发生故障时,各专业班组间能高效联动,综合开展故障主动研判,精准定位故障点,大幅缩短故障隔离时长,有效降低故障停电时户数,进一步提升供电可靠性。
In the context of the accelerated construction of intelligent distribution network and internet of Things,modern information technologies such as distribution automation,big data and cloud computing are fully applied to realize the comprehensive perception of distribution network fault information and the flexible coordination of various system applications.The new accurate command mode for single-phase ground fault of distribution network is also sorted out,so that when the distribution network fault occurs,all professional teams can effectively coordinate,comprehensively carry out active fault research and judgment,accurately locate fault points,greatly shorten the time of fault isolation,effectively reduce the number of households in fault blackout,and further improve the reliability of power supply.
