摘要
肝硬化是严重危害人民健康的重大疾病,其高发病率、高复发率及高致死率的特点,是目前医学界治疗肝硬化的难题。原位肝移植虽然是终末期肝病较理想的治疗方法,但肝脏供体的缺乏、术后高免疫排斥反应及高医疗费用等因素限制了其在临床上的广泛应用。干细胞是一类具有高度分化潜能及自我更新能力极强的细胞,干细胞的移植是目前生命科学及细胞生物学领域的研究热点之一,给肝硬化患者带来了希望,打破了肝硬化后肝细胞不可再生的传统理念。最新研究表明中医药可诱导干细胞迁移、增殖,本文通过论述干细胞移植治疗肝硬化已有的研究成果及中药复方或中药单体协同干细胞移植治疗肝硬化存在的机制,为中医药干预干细胞移植治疗肝硬化提供理论基础。
Cirrhosis of the liver is a serious disease that seriously endangers people’s health.Its characteristics of high incidence,high recurrence rate and high mortality are the difficult problems in the treatment of cirrhosis in the medical field.Although orthotopic liver transplantation(olt)is an ideal method for the treatment of end-stage liver disease,the lack of liver donors,high postoperative immune rejection and high medical cost limit its wide clinical application.Stem cells are a kind of cells with high differentiation potential and strong self-renewal ability.The transplantation of stem cells is one of the research hotspots in the field of life science and cell biology at present,which brings hope to patients with cirrhosis and breaks the traditional concept of non-regeneration of hepatocytes after cirrhosis.The latest research shows that traditional Chinese medicine can induce the migration and proliferation of stem cells.In this paper,the existing research results of stem cell transplantation for the treatment of cirrhosis and the mechanism of TCM compounds or monomers in combination with stem cell transplantation for the treatment of cirrhosis are described,providing a theoretical basis for TCM intervention in stem cell transplantation for the treatment of cirrhosis.
