摘要
光遗传学治疗肿瘤的最大限制是可见光不能穿透深部组织。肿瘤的力遗传学技术应用遗传学联合电学、机械学、化学力或纳米等各种力刺激控制细胞的功能,使远距离非侵入靶向和控制肿瘤的治疗策略成为可能。
Optogenetics is limited,because visible light can′t penetrate deep tissue.The physiogenetics therapy uses a combination of genetics,electric,mechanics,chemistry and nanometer to control functions of cells,which make the remote and noninvasive control of cancer therapy have been possible.
