摘要
档案信息数字化程度的提高在提升档案管理和利用效率的同时,档案信息安全问题逐渐成为档案界关注的焦点话题,档案信息泄露、档案数据丢失、涉密文件被窃取等问题愈发凸显,警惕和化解各种潜在安全风险对于提高档案信息安全性具有重要的现实意义。本文梳理了档案信息安全面临的挑战,提出了提升档案信息安全水平的对策,以期为档案界同仁提供参考。
With the improvement of the digitalization degree of archives information,while improving the efficiency of archives management and utilization,the problem of archives information security has gradually become the focus of the archival industry.The problems of archives information leakage,archives data loss,secret related documents stolen and so on have become increasingly prominent.It is of great practical significance to guard against and resolve various potential security risks for improving the security of archives information.This paper sorts out the challenges faced by archives information security,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the level of archives information security,in order to provide reference for colleagues in the archival industry.
