摘要
目的探讨预警分级管理模式在临床老年长期卧床患者管理中的应用评价。方法选取2016年1月-2020年1月住院治疗的400例老年患者,对照组200例采用传统护理分级模式;观察组200例采用预警分级管理模式,探究预警分级模式的效果。结果观察组的总有效率为95.50%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床分期效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预警分级管理模式在临床老年长期卧床患者管理中具有显著的临床效果,并发症发生率低,患者及家属对医务人员的满意度高。
Objective To evaluate the application of pre-warning and graded management mode in the management of long-term bedridden elderly patients.Methods 400 elderly patients hospitalized from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected by sampling method.The control group of 200 patients used traditional nursing classification mode;the observation group of 200 patients adopted early warning classification management mode to explore the effect of early warning classification mode.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.50%significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);comparing the two groups of patients,the clinical staging effect of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower compared with the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early warning classification management model has a significant clinical effect in the management of clinical elderly long-term bedridden patients.The incidence of complications is low,and the satisfaction of patients and their families with medical staff is high.
