摘要
缓黏结预应力技术已在公路、建筑行业中广泛应用,考虑到缓黏结预应力技术具有施工工艺简单,施工质量容易控制等特点,可将其引入到铁路预应力混凝土桥梁的应用中来。本文在梳理铁路桥梁预应力体系及施工中存在问题的基础上,从受力、构造和施工3个方面分析了在横向、竖向、纵向预应力中应用缓黏结预应力的可行性。分析结果表明,缓黏结预应力技术可用来解决铁路预应力混凝土梁竖向和横向预应力体系容易出现的预应力筋安装质量差、耐久性突出等问题,也可在梁体中用作纵向预应力以进一步优化结构设计。
The technique of retard-bonded prestressing has been widely used in the highway and civil construction.Considering the characteristics of simple construction technology and easy quality control,this technique can beintroduced into the application of railway prestressed concrete bridges.Based on the introduction of the prestressingsystem and the problems existing in the construction of railway bridge,this paper analyzed the feasibility of adoptingretard-bonded prestressing in the transverse,vertical and longitudinal prestress from three aspects of stress,structureand construction.The analysis results show that the technique of retard-bonded prestressing can be used to solve theproblems in the vertical and transverse prestressing systems of railway prestressed concrete girders,and can also beused as longitudinal prestress in girders to further optimize the structural design.
