摘要
为了解决禽类框体人工上料效率低,工人工作环境差的问题,该文针对禽类加工厂筐体自动上料设备的升降机构、抓取机构以及搬运机构的设计要求分别进行了各部分子系统的液压设计,进而完成了整体的液压系统和液压缸的参数设计。解决了该禽类框体自动上料设备应用的关键问题,从而提高了企业生产效率和竞争力。
In order to solve the low efficiency of poultry turnover box by hand-feeding and poor working environment of workers,this paper designs the hydraulic system of each subsystem according to the design requirements of the lifting mechanism,grabbing mechanism and handling mechanism of the automatic feeding equipment of the box in the poultry processing plant,and then the parameter design of the overall hydraulic system and hydraulic cylinder is designed.The key problem of the application of the automatic feeding equipment for poultry turnover box is solved,so the production efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise is improved.
