机械加工技术对金属零件加工的影响

摘要 目前研究出的机械加工技术发展缓慢,而传统加工技术加工出的金属零件光整度低,为此研究机械加工技术对金属零件加工的影响。机械加工技术可以加快金属的溶解速度,且溶解后的金属溶液纯度高,可以直接加热金属,将金属定型成金属零件雏形;在磨削的滑擦、耕犁、切削三个阶段的作用下,加工成形的金属零件光可以直接装载在设备当中。实验结果显示,在同一参数下,分别用两种加工技术加工金属零件,此次研究的机械加工技术可以提高金属零件的光整度。 At present,the development of machining technology is slow,while the traditional machining technology has low smoothness of metal parts,so the influence of machining technology on metal parts machining is studied.Machining technology can speed up the dissolution of metal,and the metal solution after dissolution is of high purity,which can directly heat the metal and shape the metal into a Zou shape;under the three stages of grinding,sliding,plowing and cutting,the metal parts processed and formed can be directly loaded in the equipment.The experimental results show that under the same parameters,two machining technologies are used to process metal parts,and the machining technology of this study can improve the smoothness of metal parts.
