摘要
随着电子商务的快速发展,网络食品愈加受到广大消费者的青睐,藉此引发的网络食品安全的监管备受瞩目。目前我国网络食品安全的监管存在监管模式单一、第三方平台义务缺失、食品信息公开程度不够、信用机制不健全等问题。基于此,文章提出构建政府、第三方平台、网络食品经营者和消费者“四位一体”的监管体系;落实第三方平台的激励机制;建立信息公开制度;健全信用评价机制和政府回应机制等对策建议。
With the rapid development of e-commerce,online food has become more and more popular among consumers,and the supervision of online food security has attracted much attention.At present,there are some problems in the supervision of online food security in our country,such as single supervision mode,lack of obligations of third party platform,insufficient degree of food information disclosure,imperfect credit mechanism and so on.Based on these problems,this paper proposes to build a"four-in-one"regulatory system for government,third-party platforms,online food operators and consumers,implement incentive mechanisms for third-party platforms,establish an information disclosure system and improve credit evaluation mechanism and government response mechanism.
