摘要
目的:观察中药药透结合手法推拿治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组用中药药透结合手法推拿治疗,对照组单用手法推拿治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药药透结合手法推拿治疗肩周炎疗效较好,且安全。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tuina manipulation in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 50 cases.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with manual manipulation,and the control group was treated with manual manipulation alone.Results:The total effective treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and dialysis combined with manipulation massage is effective and safe for the treatment of frozen shoulder.
