摘要
托辊是带式输送机中的重要组成部件,本文以托辊的管体、轴承、密封结构以及润滑脂选用等方面为出发点,详尽论述了托辊各个部件的特点、作用及优化方向,为带式输送机的稳定运行与节约成本等方面奠定了基础,对进一步优化带式输送机起到指导作用。
The idler is an important component of the belt conveyor.This paper takes the tube body,bearing,sealing and lubricating grease of the idler as the starting point,discusses in detail the characteristics,functions and optimization direction of each part of the idler.This paper lays a foundation for the stable operation and cost saving of the belt conveyor,and plays a guiding role in the further optimization of the belt conveyor.
