摘要
在现代生态节约型社会的建设过程中,节能降耗已经发展为各个行业生产的首要任务,本文就以氧化铝生产为例,分析其节能降耗技术的发展,从确定能耗等级数值、取消或减小烧结法种分、引进氢氧化铝平盘过滤机,采取间接加热连续脱硅,对生产工艺用水进行控制,实现立盘液封,希望能够为氧化铝的节能降耗生产提供一定程度的帮助。实验结果表明,本文提出的氧化铝生产节能降耗关键技术研究相比于传统氧化铝生产节能降耗技术,可以最大限度地提高对资源的利用率,进而提高其节能降耗能力,实现生态环保。
In the construction process of modern ecological saving society,energy saving and consumption reduction has become the primary task of production in various industries.This paper takes alumina production as an example to analyze the development of energy saving and consumption reduction technology,from determining the level of energy consumption,canceling or reducing the sintering process,introducing aluminum hydroxide flat disk filter,adopting indirect heating and continuous desilication for production process Water control,to achieve the vertical plate liquid seal,hoping to provide a certain degree of help for the energy-saving production of alumina.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional alumina production energy-saving technology,the research on the key technology of energy-saving and consumption reduction in alumina production proposed in this paper can maximize the utilization rate of resources,and then improve its energy-saving and consumption reduction capacity to achieve ecological environmental protection.
