摘要
针对传统电力行业“两票”管理存在的人员与设备信息验证核对、安全工器具管控、安措执行、操作步序管控、历史追溯等监控缺乏问题,提出安全“两票”管控与“互联网+安全监督”融合的设计方案。通过远程监控+现场APP+后台数据的统一管理的实践和标准化实施应用,此方案实现了安全风险全流程、全景化管控的目标,为推动“互联网+安全生产”,探索“大云物移智链”等技术在安全生产领域的应用提供借鉴和参考。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional"two tickets"management of the power industry,such as lack of monitoring on personnel and equipment information verification,safety equipment control,security measures implementation,operation sequence control,and historical traceability,etc.,the design scheme of safety"two tickets"control and"Internet+safety supervision"are proposed.Through the practice of unified management of remote monitoring+on-site APP+background data and the standardized implementation of application,this scheme has achieved the goal of full-process and panoramic management and control of security risks;thus it would provide references for promoting the"Internet+Safe Production"and exploring the application of"Big Cloud IoT Smart Chain"technology in the field of safety production.
