摘要
提出了一种应用于中小型机械车的载物平台的创新设计方法。该平台设计主要包括延伸机构、折叠机构、旋转机构、滚动助力平面等。通过对快递行业装卸货过程研究,运用新型平台代替普通的平板平台,依靠模块化的拼装以及多种机构的协同作用,在满足机械车最基本功能及美观的前提下,可以实现多角度、多方位、多类型货物的装卸,尤其是对于重量较大的货物,依靠滚动助力平面,可以大大降低劳动者的工作强度。
In this paper,an innovative design method for the loading platform of small and medium-sized mechanical vehicles is proposed.The platform design mainly includes the extension mechanism,folding mechanism,rotating mechanism,and rolling power plane,etc.Through research on the loading and unloading process of express industry,the new platform is used to replace the ordinary flat platform;relying on the modular assembly and the collaborative effect of various organizations,the loading and unloading of multi-angle,multi-directional and multi-type cargo can be realized under the premise of satisfying the most basic function and beauty of the mechanical cars;especially for the heavy goods,it can greatly reduce the working intensity of the workers through the rolling power plane.
