摘要
通过对旋风分离器内固体颗粒随机运动的受力分析,提出了颗粒在分离器内精确运动轨迹是由确定性的径向力、轴向力以及不确定性的随机力所决定,并分析了颗粒存在的随机因素,为了减少随机力对分离的影响,分析了结构设计采取的措施,这给旋风器设计提供理论依据,对提高旋风分离器的分离效率具有十分重要的意义。
Through force analysis of the random movement of solid particles in cyclone separator,it is pointed out that the precise trajectory of particles in the cyclone separator is determined by the deterministic radial force,axial force and uncertain random force;and the random factors existing in the particles are analyzed.In order to reduce the influence of random force on separation,the measures adopted in structural design are analyzed,which would provide a reference for the cyclone design.The theoretical basis is very important to improve the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator.
