摘要
利用3D打印技术的成型特点,针对螺杆转子的复杂成型过程及轻量化设计思路,提出了3D打印技术在螺杆转子成型设计中的应用。通过对螺杆转子内部结构设计,采用聚乳酸(PLA)材料熔融堆积的方法,实现了新型蜂窝状空腔螺杆转子实体模型的建立,充分证明了3D打印技术在复杂工件成型过程中的优势,同时为螺杆转子结构优化及轻量化设计提供了新的参考。
Based on the molding characteristics of 3D printing technology,and in view of the complex molding process and lightweight design ideas of screw rotors,the application of 3D printing technology in screw rotor molding design is proposed in this paper.By designing the internal structure of the screw rotor and adopting the method of fusion deposition of polylactic acid(PLA)material,the solid model of a new honeycomb cavity screw rotor is established,which fully proves the advantages of 3D printing technology in the molding process of the complex workpieces.It provides a new reference for the optimization of screw rotor structure and lightweight design.
