摘要
紫嫣是从四川中小叶群体种中经单株选择、系统繁育的高花青素紫芽新品种。多年品比试验和区域试验结果表明,紫嫣属晚生种,新梢芽、叶、茎均呈紫色,春季一芽二叶茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、水浸出物和花青素含量分别为20.36%、4.41%、3.98%、45.49%和2.73%。所制烘青绿茶,色青黛,汤色蓝紫清澈,有嫩香、蜜糖香,滋味浓厚尚回甘,叶底色靛青。茶炭疽病抗性为中抗、抗寒性较强。该品种于2017年9月获植物新品种权证书,品种权号为CNA20210455;2018年6月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记,登记号为GPD茶树(2018)510007。
Ziyan is an anthocyanin-rich purple bud cultivar selected from the middle-small leaf population in Sichuan and bred systematically.The results of multi-year quality comparison test and regional test show that Ziyan is a late-growing species with purple shoots.For one bud and two leaves in spring,content of polyphenol,amino acids,caffeine,water extract and anthocyanin were 20.36%,4.41%,3.98%,45.49%and 2.73%.The green tea produced by Ziyan has an indigo soup color,tender and honey fragrance,rich taste and soft indigo leaf base.Resistance of tea anthracnose and cold are medium and strong,respectively.Ziyan obtained the new plant variety right certificate in September 2017,whose number is CNA20210455,passed the national non-major crop varieties registration in June 2018.The license number is GPD Tea(2018)510007.
