塑烧板在矿用掘进机除尘器中的应用研究

摘要 本文首先通过介绍某煤矿原始的掘进机除尘技术,存在的问题及其改进要求,并把塑烧板引入矿用掘进机除尘器中。接下来本文还结合矿井的实际情况和设计要求设计了矿用塑烧板掘进机除尘器的基本结构,建立掘了进机除尘器的物理模型用Fluent进行分析并优化。结果表明:塑烧板能满足掘进机的除尘器的要求,阶梯式的塑烧板气流组织优于等截面的气流组织。 This paper introduces the original dust removal technology, existing problems and improvement requirements of a coal mine roadheader, and introduces sinter-plate into the dust remover of the mine roadheader. In the following part, this paper also designed the basic structure of the dust remover of the sinter-plate tunneling machine for mining based on the actual situation of the mine and the design requirements, established the physical model of the dust remover of the excavator and analyzed and optimized it with Fluent. The results show that the sinter-plate can meet the requirements of the dust collector of the roadheader, and the air distribution of the stepped sinter-plate is better than that of the equal section.
