35 kV区域电网的备用电源自投系统研究与应用

摘要 为了满足面向区域电网的故障隔离、校正控制、紧急恢复控制的需求,对区域电网的备用电源自投系统在35 kV链式串联电网上的应用进行了研究。对备用电源自投系统研究现状进行分析发现,国内对35 kV区域电网的备用电源自投系统的研究较少。本文阐述了35 kV区域电网备用电源自投系统的工作原理,提出了基于电网区域信息交互的面向区域电网的备用电源自投系统,并在贵州省安顺供电局投入了实际应用,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,也为后续更高级别电网的区域电网络备投系统设计和实施提供了可借鉴的运行经验。 In order to meet the needs of fault isolation,correction control,and emergency recovery control for regional power grids,the application of the regional power grid’s backup power supply auto-switching system to the 35 kV chain series power grid was studied.Based on the analysis of the research status of the backup power supply automatic switching system,it is found that there are few studies on the backup power supply automatic switching system of the 35 kV regional power grid in China.The working principle of the 35 kV regional network automatic backup power supply system is expounded,and a backup automatic power supply system for the regional power grid based on the interaction of regional information in the power grid is proposed.The economic and social benefits also provide useful operating experience for the design and implementation of the subsequent network backup investment of higher-level power grids.
