摘要
水布垭电站是湖北清江梯级水电开发的龙头电站,该水电站的堤坝工程区域地质结构较为复杂,且水电站的运行水头较高、灌浆盖重轻(砼址板厚度为0.6~1.2 m,宽度为6.0~8.0 m),同时,防渗线路较长、灌浆的工程量大,河床段对帷幕防渗的要求较高.根据现场灌浆规定以及现场试验结果选择最佳的灌浆参数,确定出帷幕灌浆的方法与工艺,确保帷幕结构的顺畅完成.在查清岩溶发育规律、分布范围的基础上,对帷幕灌策方案进行了优化.水布垭水电站的大坝帷幕灌浆的防渗效果较佳,缓解了坝基的渗漏问题,为水电站稳定、安全、经济地运行提供了保障.
Shuibuya Hydropower Station is the leading power station for the cascade hydropower development of Qingjiang River in Hubei Province.The geological structure of the dam engineering area of the hydropower station is rather complex.The operating head of the hydropower station is high and the grouting cover is light(0.6-1.2 meters in thickness of concrete address plate,6.0-8.0 meters in width).At the same time,the impervious line is long and the project quantity of grouting is large.Thus,the requirement of curtain anti-seepage in riverbed is of high standard.The best grouting parameters are selected according to the in-situ grouting regulations and the field test results.The method and technology of curtain grouting are determined to ensure the curtain construction successfully.On the basis of finding out the feature of karst development and distribution,the curtain irrigation scheme is optimized.As a result,the anti-seepage effect of the dam curtain grouting of Shuibuya Hydropower Station is well,which alleviates the leakage problem of the dam foundation and provides a guarantee for the stable,safe and economical operation of the hydropower station.
