摘要
目的分析护理路径管理模式应用于抑郁症病人中的应用效果。方法使用计算机系统随机择取该院2018年3月—2019年3月期间收治的68例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,将其均分为改良组和参照组,每组34例。改良组患者接受临床路径护理管理,参照组患者接受常规护理管理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果经过护理干预后,改良组护理缺陷事件发生率以及护理投诉率均低于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良组患者护理满意高于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良组护理质量评分高于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理路径管理模式引入抑郁症患者护理工作中,可有效降低护理缺陷事件与护理投诉率,提升患者满意度,建议在临床护理管理中进行应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing path management model applied to depression patients.Methods A computer system was used to randomly select 68 patients with depression admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as research subjects,and they were divided into a modified group and a reference group,34 cases in each group.Patients in the modified group received clinical pathway nursing management,and patients in the reference group received routine nursing management to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the incidence of nursing defect events and the rate of nursing complaints in the modified group were lower than that in the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the modified group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing quality score of the improved group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of the nursing path management model into the nursing work of patients with depression can effectively reduce the rate of nursing defects and nursing complaints,and improve patient satisfaction.It is recommended to be applied in clinical nursing management.
