摘要
海绵城市专项规划编制,应遵循生态为本、因地制宜、统筹推进等原则。以山东省蒙阴县为例,从现状、问题分析、总体目标、规划措施、规划保障措施及实施建议等方面进行综合研判,剖析了该县海绵城市中心城区专项规划编制路径,以期对其它城市的海绵城市建设专项规划编制有所借鉴。
The special planning of sponge cities should follow the principle of ecological orientation,adaptation to local conditions and overall promotion.Taking Mengyin county of Shandong province as an example,comprehensive study and judgment were made from the aspects of current situation,problem analysis,overall goal,planning measures,planning guarantee measures and implementation suggestions,and the path of the preparation of the special planning for the central urban area of the sponge city in the county was analyzed,so as to provide some references for the special planning of sponge city construction in other cities.
