摘要
浩吉铁路作为新建北煤南运直达通道,其开通对我国煤炭产销运市场格局有重大影响。对浩吉铁路集疏运系统现状进行全面梳理,分析浩吉铁路沿线煤炭供应、需求情况和未来形势,从运输时间和运输成本2个方面分析浩吉铁路运输的优势,指出目前集疏运体系的不完善之处;在此基础上,从加强集疏运体系建设、通过运力运价措施引流上量、加强技术装备保障、开发信息系统等方面研究提出浩吉铁路煤炭集疏运系统优化建议。
Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway,a new channel for through transport of coals from north to south,has great influence on coal production,sale and transportation markets in China.The paper sorts out current conditions of the collection and distribution transport system of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway,analyzes coal supply,demand and future trend along the railway,and explains its transportation advantages in time and cost as well as the to-beimproved aspects of the system;on this basis,the paper puts forward suggestions including enhancing systematic construction,taking measures concerning capacity and rate to improve traffic volume,strengthening technology and equipment support,and developing information system,etc.
