基于正交试验的防爆球注塑成型工艺参数优化 被引量:16

Optimization of injection-molding processing parameters for the explosion-proof sphere based on the orthogonal experiment

摘要 利用Moldflow模流分析软件建立防爆球的分析模型,以防爆球体积收缩率为优化目标,以模具温度、熔体温度、保压时间、保压压力、注射时间、冷却时间为试验因素,设计了六因素五水平的正交试验。通过极差、方差分析得到使防爆球体积收缩率最小的注塑工艺组合,模具温度为100℃、熔体温度为230℃、保压时间为35 s、保压压力为45 MPa、注射时间为0. 8 s、冷却时间为20 s。模拟分析结果证明,优化后的体积收缩率为9. 205%,满足防爆球成型质量要求,比25组正交试验的最小结果 9. 762%降低5. 7%,正交试验法优化效果明显。经实际注塑生产验证,得到的防爆球质量符合厂家要求。 The Moldflow software is used to work out the analytical model of the explosion-proof sphere,with its volume shrinkage rate as the optimization objective;with mold temperature,melt temperature,pressure holding time,holding pressure,injection time and cooling time as the experimental factors,the orthogonal test with six factors and five levels is designed. Through the analysis on range and variance,the optimal injection-molding process is identified,in order to minimize the volume shrinkage rate. The mold temperature is 100 ℃,the melt temperature is 230 ℃,the holding time was 35 s,the holding pressure is45 MPa,the injection time is 0.8 s,and the cooling time is 20 s. The simulation results show that the optimized volume shrinkage rate is 9.205%,which reaches the quality standards when the explosion-proof sphere is subject to injection and molding;this number is 5.7% lower than the minimum result of 9.762% in the 25 groups of orthogonal test. Thus,the orthogonal test ensures a higher standard of optimization. The actual injection-molding production proves that the quality of the explosion-proof sphere meets the requirements specified by the manufacturer.
