摘要
目的探讨T2DM患者血尿酸(SUA)水平与泌汗功能的相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2018年12月于东部战区总医院内分泌科住院的900例T2DM患者。根据双足电化学皮肤电导率(FESC)值将T2DM患者分为泌汗功能重度异常组(S,n=81)、中度异常组(M,n=179)和正常组(Con,n=640)。比较各组生化指标及SUDOSCAN参数。结果与Con组比较,M、S组年龄、糖尿病病程、SUA、Scr、双手平均不对称(HASYM)、双足平均不对称(FASYM)升高,血红蛋白(HB)、双手电化学皮肤电导率(HESC)、FESC降低(P<0.05)。与M组比较,S组SBP、SUA、Scr、HASYM、FASYM升高,HB、C-RP、HESC、FESC降低(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,HESC、FESC与HB呈正相关(r=0.232、0.250,P<0.01),与年龄、糖尿病病程、SUA和Scr呈负相关(r=-0.135、-0.219、-0.167、-0.174、-0.145、-0.248、-0.248、-0.204,P<0.01)。HASYM、FASYM与年龄、糖尿病病程、SUA和Scr呈正相关(r=0.121、0.122、0.081、0.137、0.130、0.135、0.133、0.144,P<0.05或P<0.01),与HB呈负相关(r=-0.099、-0.149,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病病程、Scr、SUA是泌汗功能障碍的影响因素。结论SUA是T2DM患者泌汗功能障碍的影响因素,其水平与泌汗功能障碍程度呈正相关。
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between serum levels of uric acid(SUA)and sudomotor function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).MethodsA total of 900 cases with T2 DM were enrolled from March 2016 to December 2018.Electrical skin conductivities of feet(FESC)was measured with SUDOSCAN,a conductance analyzer.According to the FESC,the patients were divided into three groups,including severely abnormal sudomotor function(S group,n=81),mild abnormal sudomotor function(M group,n=179)and normal sudomotor function(Con group,n=640).Biochemical indexes and the value of SUDOSCAN parameters were compared among the three groups.ResultsCompared with Con group,ages,durations in diabetes,SUA,Scr,HASYM and FASYM in both M group and S group were higher,while hemoglobin(HB),electrical skin conductivities of hand(HESC)and FESC were lower(P<0.05).SBP,SUA,Scr,HASYM,FASYM in S group were higher in comparison to those in M group,while HB,C-RP,HESC,FESC were lower(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed thatHESC and FESC were positively correlated with HB(r=0.232,0.250,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with age,durations,SUA and Scr(r=-0.135,-0.219,-0.167,-0.174,-0.145,-0.248,-0.248,-0.204,P<0.01).HASYM and FASYM were positively correlated with age,durations,SUA and Scr(r=0.121,0.122,0.081,0.137,0.130,0.135,0.133,0.144,P<0.05 or P<0.01),while negatively correlated with HB(r=-0.099,-0.149,P<0.01).The binary logistic regression analysis revealed that duration of diabetes,Scr and SUA were independent risk factors affecting sudomotor function.ConclusionSUA is an independent risk factor affecting sudomotor dysfunction in patients with T2 DM,and the level of SUA is positively correlated with the severity of sudomotor dysfunction.
