摘要
目的:分析黄金选矿厂尾矿二次回收的试验效果。方法:在某黄金选矿厂尾矿库中进行取样,将试样总重为120.5kg的样品设为研究对象,首先,收集500g的样品,将实验样品进行晒矿处理;再采用机械方法对其固体渣料进行粉碎处理,同时用40mm的筛子去掉超粒径,最后利用方格取样进行金物相分析。结果:样品中硅酸盐中金占总金的33.13%,是含金矿物中的主要金形态;+0.20mm、0.20mm^0.060mm、0.060mm^0.030mm、0.030mm^0.020mm四个粒度的黄金选矿厂尾矿二次回收金产出率较高。结论:对黄金选矿厂尾矿二次回收给予技术支持,有助于提高回收精度,具有推广意义。
Objective:to analyze the experimental effect of secondary recovery of tailings in gold concentrator.Methods:the samples with a total weight of 120.5kg were taken from the tailings pond of a gold concentrator.First,500g samples were collected,and the experimental samples were dried;then the solid slag was crushed by mechanical method,and the super particle size was removed by 40mm sieve,and finally the gold phase was analyzed by square sampling.Results:the silicate gold accounted for 33.13%of the total gold in the samples,which was the main gold form in the gold bearing minerals;the secondary recovery of gold from the tailings of the gold concentrator with four particle sizes of+0.20mm,0.20mm^0.060mm,0.060mm^0.030mm and 0.030mm^0.020 mm was higher.Conclusion:the technical support for the secondary recovery of tailings in gold concentrator is helpful to improve the recovery precision and has the significance of popularization.
