摘要
为研究试件尺寸对沥青混合料抗剪强度性能的影响规律,采用单轴贯入试验,研究试件高度对贯入强度和贯入高度的影响规律,引入尺寸效应系数及换算公式。同步采用有限元模型,研究数值模拟状态下的试验结果。结果表明:沥青混合料具有尺寸效应,随着试件高度的减小,试件贯入深度及贯入强度均发生变化,试验实测值与模拟曲线误差在8%以内,说明数值模拟可以较好地反映出沥青混合料单轴贯入试验结果,为研究沥青混合料尺寸效应提供新的研究方法和手段。
To study the influence of specimen size on the shear strength of asphalt mixture.The uniaxial penetration test is used to study the influence of the height of the test piece on the penetration strength and penetration height,and the size effect coefficient and conversion formula are introduced.Simultaneously using the finite element model to study the test results in the state of numerical simulation.The results show that the asphalt mixture has a size effect.As the height of the test piece decreases,the penetration depth and the penetration strength of the test piece change.The error between the measured value of the test and the simulation curve is within 8%,it shows that the numerical simulation can better reflect the results of the uniaxial penetration test of asphalt mixture,and provides new research methodsfor studying the size effect of asphalt mixture.
