摘要
目的:观察多学科合作干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能、自我管理能力、满意度、再次入院率的影响。方法:收集2018年2月-2019年2月在笔者所在医院住院的100例老年COPD稳定期患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组50例和试验组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组于对照组基础上进行老年综合评估,针对评估存在的问题进行相应学科的干预措施,评价两组肺功能、自我管理能力、满意度及再次入院率。结果:护理前两组自我管理能力总依从率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后试验组自我管理能力总依从率及护理总满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组1年内再次入院率低于对照组,护理后各项肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科合作干预在老年COPD患者中应用效果良好,能够有效改善患者肺功能,提高自我管理能力及满意度,临床上值得应用。
Objective:To observe the effects of multidisciplinary cooperative intervention on lung function,self-management ability,satisfaction and readmission rate in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 100 elderly COPD patients at stable stage admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were collected as observation subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group conducted comprehensive geriatric assessment on the basis of the control group.The intervention measures of corresponding subjects were carried out according to the existing problems in the assessment,and the pulmonary function,self-management ability,satisfaction degree and readmission rate of the two groups were evaluated.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the total compliance rate of self-management ability between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),the total compliance rate of self-management ability and the total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The readmission rate within 1 year in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and each pulmonary function index after nursing was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary cooperative intervention is effective in the elderly COPD patients,can effectively improve the lung function of patients,improve self-management ability and satisfaction,clinically worthy of application.
