摘要
针对传统拦鱼设施承受不住大量污物和大流量洪水冲击、易被堵塞的问题,以及电栅拦鱼大区域水面控制难、智能化程度低等缺点,研制一种新型的基于CAN总线的电子脉冲拦鱼装置。该装置实现了1个主机和16个从机之间的长距离大容量数据的通信,适用于不同水域面积的拦鱼需求;不同档位的母线直流高压可连续切换运行,电脉冲参数可实时调节,解决了传统的电栅拦鱼长期运行效果不佳的难题;IGBT能快速的换向,从而避免电极氧化生锈而失效的隐患,拦鱼效率高、安全可靠,比传统可控硅省电65%,而且大大降低了工作过程的噪声污染;系统不仅具备触摸屏实时监控、自动故障电话报警等功能,而且引入"互联网+渔业"的新观念,实现了手机或因特网的远程操作。经实际应用表明,该新型智能拦鱼装置具有数字化、网络化、自动化、智能化等特点,能够适用于各类大小水库水域面积的拦鱼作业。
In allusion to the shortcomings that the traditional fish screen facilities cannot withstand the impact of a large amount of sewage and flood,are easy to be blocked,are difficult to control the water surface of the large electric fish screen area,and has low intelligent degree,a new⁃type intelligent electronic impulse fish screen device based on CAN bus is developed.This device has realized long⁃distance large⁃capacity data communication between one master and sixteen slave machines,which is suitable for fish blocking requirements for different water areas.The bus DC high voltage with different gears can be switched to operate continuously,and the parameters of electric impulse can be adjusted in real time,which improves the long⁃term poor operation effect of the traditional electric gate fish blocking device.IGBT(insulated gate bipolar transistor)can invert direction quickly to avoid the hidden danger of invalidation caused by the oxidation and rust of electrodes,with which its fish blocking efficiency is high,and it is safe and reliable.It can save 65%power as much as the traditional device with SCR,and moreover the noise pollution during the working process is reduced greatly.The system not only has the functions of touch screen real⁃time monitoring,fault automatic telephone alarm and so on,but also introduces a new concept of Internet plus fishery,so that the remote operation of mobile phone or Internet network is realized.The practical applications indicate that the new⁃type intelligent fish screeen device has the characteristics of digitization,networking,automation and intellectualization,and can be applied to the fish screen in the various reservoir areas.
