摘要
文章采用扎根理论和半结构式访谈方法,通过馆员在情报工作实践中的心态和经历,将情报服务分为互动、直觉、确认、连接、关注和影响六种类型,以此探讨馆员如何体验情报服务循证实践问题,以期更好地为读者提供有效增值的情报服务。
The paper adopts the grounded theory and semi-structured interview method,and according to the different mentality and experience of librarians in intelligence work practice,divides the intelligence services into six types,namely interaction,intuition,confirmation,connection,concern and influence.On this basis,the paper discusses how librarians experience the evidence-based practice of information services,so as to provide readers with effective and value-added information services.
