摘要
随着第四次工业革命时代的到来,社会经济发展对高等院校人才培养提出了更高要求,也为创业教育课程改革提供了契机。为适应时代发展,韩国政府总结创业教育经验,陆续出台支持政策,为创业人才培养提供了制度保障。韩国各高校锐意改革创业教育课程体系,促进创业教育课程普及化并推广创业辅修专业,鼓励师生联合共创,培育青年创业者企业家精神,从而使其适应全球一体化下的市场竞争。通过案例分析法、比较分析法等,系统梳理韩国典型高校的创业教育课程体系及创业教育改革成果,以期为我国高校创业教育的转型升级提供经验借鉴。
With the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, social and economic development has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in colleges and universities, and provided an opportunity for the reform of entrepreneurial education curriculum. In order to adapt to the era development, the ROK government has summarized the experiences of the entrepreneurial education, published entrepreneurial education support policies,thus providing an institutional guarantee for entrepreneurship talent cultivation. Universities in ROK determined to reform the entrepreneurship education curriculum system, promote entrepreneurial education curriculum accepted and promote entrepreneurship minoring in school teaching plan, encourage joint between teachers and students to create, cultivate young entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurship, make it adapt to the market competition under the global integration. By means of case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the curriculum system and reform results of entrepreneurship education in typical ROK universities, in order to provide experience for the transformation and upgrading of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities.
