摘要 采用火焰原子吸收法和原子荧光法测定中药黄精中的镁、镍、铜、锌、锰、铁、硒七种微量元素,以此来确定黄精中微量元素在药用方面的影响。用原子吸收测定镁、镍、铜、锌、锰、铁六种微量元素,原子荧光测定硒元素;黄精中硒含量最高,也含有少量的镁、镍、铜、锌、锰、铁元素。 The seven trace elements of magnesium,nickel,copper,zinc,manganese,iron and selenium in Polygonatum were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry,so as to determine the influence of trace elements in Polygonatum on medicinal use.Six trace elements,magnesium,nickel,copper,zinc,manganese and iron,were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry,and selenium was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The content of selenium in polygonatum is the highest,but also contained a small amount of magnesium,nickel,copper,zinc,manganese and iron.
