摘要
大面积烧伤患者创面愈合后大量汗腺细胞受损,体内热量难以顺利散发,严重影响患者工作及生活。如何实现大面积深度烧伤创面的汗腺重建,成为目前亟待解决一大难题。融合技术经过几十年的发展已经变得非常成熟,从理论上说利用细胞融合技术可以使任何2个动物细胞通过体细胞杂交而形成新的生物资源。本文就目前干细胞/汗腺细胞融合体实现汗腺再生的可行性进行综述。
A lot of sweat gland cells are injuried in the patients with extensive burns after wound surface is healed,and the internal heat is difficult to diverge,which seriously affects the work and life of patients.How to realize the reconstruction of sweat glands in large-scale deep burn wounds has become a big problem to be solved at present.After decades of development,the fusion technique has become very mature.Theoretically,any of two kinds of cells through somatic hybridization could form new biological resources by cell fusion technique.This article reviews the feasibility of the mesenchyme stem cell/sweat cell fusion to achieve sweat gland regeneration.
