摘要
目的:探讨B超定位下的微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年6月就诊于本院的82例乳腺良性肿块患者。按随机数字表法将患者分为A组和B组,每组41例。A组行B超定位下的微创旋切术,B组行乳晕旁切口术。比较两组围术期相关指标、乳房美观度及并发症发生情况。结果:A组切口长度、手术时间、愈合时间均短于B组,术中失血量、术后疼痛评分均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组乳房美观优良率为95.12%,高于B组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后局部感染、手术残留率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组术后血肿、畸形率均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺良性肿块患者接受B超定位下微创旋切术治疗具有切口短、创伤小、失血量少、恢复快、乳房美观度高、并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotary resection under B-ultrasound localization on benign breast masses.Method:A total of 82 patients with benign breast mass were selected from February 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital.Patients were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.Group A underwent minimally invasive rotary resection under B-ultrasound localization,while group B underwent parareolar incision.The perioperative indexes,breast aesthetics and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The incision length,operation time and healing time in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain score were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good appearance of breasts in group A was 95.12%,higher than 75.61%in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in postoperative local infection and surgical residual rates(P>0.05).Postoperative hematoma and deformity rates in group A were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive rotary resection for benign breast masses under B-mod localization has the advantages of short incision,small wound,little blood loss,quick recovery,high breast beauty and low complication rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
