降低蓄电池故障率与外损分析

摘要 蓄电池作为整车关键零部件,在车辆运转过程中承担着向电器系统以及其它系统供电的功能。随着客户生活质量的不断升级,对整车尤其电器件的要求呈现多样化、多功能化,致使用电设备和功率不断提高;而用户对蓄电池的了解不够,维护保养知识缺乏,造成售后故障率持续偏高,外部损失巨大,给主机厂和供应商造成了很大的困扰。文章通过对售后蓄电池的返厂分析,确定造成故障高主要因素,通过对用户的走访培训、发放检测工具和充电设备等降低售后故障率以及降低外损。 As a key part of the vehicle system,it is responsible for the power supply of the battery system.With the conti-nuous upgrading of customer's quality of life,the requirements for the whole vehicle,especially the electrical components,are diversified and multi-functional,which leads to the continuous improvement of electrical equipment and power.However,the user's insufficient understanding of the battery and the lack of maintenance knowledge have resulted in the high after-sales failure rate and huge external loss,which has caused great trouble to the main engine manufacturers and suppliers.In this paper,through the analysis of the after-sales battery return to the factory,the main factors causing high failure are determined.Through the visit and training of users,the distribution of testing tools and charging equipment,the after-sales failure rate and external damage are reduced.
