摘要
目的探讨以健康意识理论为基础教育模式在骨髓瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月~2019年12月我院收治的骨髓瘤患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为实施常规健康教育组(Contrast组)和实施基于健康意识理论的健康教育组34例(Healthy组),比较Contrast组和Healthy组患者心理状态(SAS、SDS评分)及生活质量的差异性。结果护理前,Contrast组和Healthy组患者心理状态评分数值相差较小(P>0.05),护理后,Contrast组和Healthy组患者心理状态均有显著改变,且Healthy组患者心理状态优于Contrast组(P<0.05),护理前,Contrast组和Healthy组患者生活质量评分数值相差较小(P>0.05),护理后,Contrast组和Healthy组患者生活质量评分均有显著改变,且Healthy组患者生活质量优于Contrast组(P<0.05)。结论给予骨髓瘤患者以健康意识理论为基础教育模式干预,其生活质量及心理状态均有显著提升。
Objective To explore the application effect of basic education model based on health consciousness theory in patients with myeloma.Methods 68 patients with myeloma admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The contrast group implemented conventional health education,and the healthy group implemented basic education model based on health consciousness theory.The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in psychological state scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the psychological state of both groups changed significantly,and the healthy group was better than the contrast group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups all changed significantly,and the healthy group was better than the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion The basic education model based on health consciousness theory for myeloma patients can improve their quality of life and psychological status.
