摘要
目的探究协同护理模式对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及自我效能感的影响。方法选择2018年5月~2019年2月我院收治的高血压合并2型糖尿病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组实施协同护理模式干预,比较两组低血糖发生率、治疗依从性、空腹及餐后2h血糖、自我效能感(GSES)及自我护理能力(ESCA)评分。结果观察组低血糖发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总治疗依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后GSES、ESCA评分分别为(32.06±5.36)分、(141.35±15.28)分,均高于对照组的(27.29±4.54)分、(125.68±12.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式有助于提高高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的治疗依从性和自我护理能力,改善血糖水平,增强自我效能感,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model on treatment compliance and selfefficacy in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the collaborative nursing mode intervention.The incidence of hypoglycemia,treatment compliance,fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GSES and ESCA scores of the observation group after nursing were(32.06±5.36)points and(141.35±15.28)points respectively,which were higher than(27.29±4.54)points and(125.68±12.36)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing model is conducive to improve the treatment compliance and self-care ability of patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus,improve blood glucose level,and enhance self-efficacy,which has clinical application value.
