摘要
目的针对阿凡达疗法治疗言语性幻听的有效性进行Meta分析。方法基于计算机文献数据检索系统,对CNKI、CBM、万方、维普、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Medline、EMBase数据库中阿凡达疗法治疗言语性幻听的随机对照试验(RCT)进行检索,检索时间从建库至2019年5月。提取信息包括第一作者、发表时间、干预措施、样本量、随访时间。主要结局指标为精神病症状评定量表幻听(PSYRATS-AH)总分和关于幻听的信念问卷(BAVQ-R)总分。结果共纳入4篇文献,245例患者。Meta分析结果显示两组的PSYRATS-AH评分比较,MD值为-4.63;两组BAVQ-R评分的Meta分析比较,MD值为-6.01,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿凡达疗法在治疗言语性幻听的研究中具有较好的疗效。
Objective To explore the efficacy of avatar therapy in the treatment of auditory verbal hallucinations through meta-analysis.Methods Based on the computer literature data retrieval system,the randomized controlled trials(RCT)of avatar therapy in the treatment of auditory verbal hallucinations in CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,CQVIP,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Medline and EMBase databases were searched from the establishment of the database to May,2019.The data about first author,publication time,intervention measures,sample size and follow-up time were extracted.The main outcome measures were PSYRATS-AH and BAVQ-R.Results A total of 4 literatures including 245 patients were included in the meta-analysis.Meta analysis showed that the MD value of PSYRATS-AH was-4.63,and the MD value of BAVQ-R was-6.01,and there existed significant differences in these two indicators between study group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Avatar therapy has a good effect in the study of auditory verbal hallucinations.
