摘要
目的分析一起流行性腮腺炎疫情发生原因、流行特征和控制措施的效果,为今后制订防控措施提供依据。方法选取2019年4月28日甘谷县疾病预防控制中心监测发现的甘谷县安远镇某中学流行性腮腺炎病例,所有病例资料来自传染病报告信息管理系统和现场流行病学调查。采用描述性流行病学方法对疫情资料进行分析。结果全校共有学生3895名,该起疫情共报告病例36例,罹患率为0.92%。且男女罹患率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此次疫情涉及6个年级23个教学班。通过采取综合防控措施,疫情得到控制。结论学生中流行性腮腺炎类疫苗接种率不高,免疫史低,是此次流行性腮腺炎疫情的主要原因。疫情发生时应尽早采取疫苗应急接种,严格执行隔离治疗制度,进行健康教育,教室开窗通风,每天放学后对教室消毒等综合性防控措施,从而有效防止疫情蔓延。
Objective To analyze the causes,epidemic characteristics and control measures of mumps epidemic,so as to provide evidence for the formulation of control measures in the future.Methods On April 28th,2019,the mumps epidemic cases of a middle school in Anyuan Town of Gangu County detected by the Gangu County Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected.All the medical records came from the infectious disease report information management system and the field epidemiological investigation.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic data.Results A total of 3,895 students were enrolled in the school.A total of 36 cases were reported in the epidemic,with a morbidity of 0.92%.There was no significant difference between the morbidity of male and female(P>0.05).The epidemic involved 23 classes in 6 grades.By adopting comprehensive prevention and control measures,the epidemic had been controled.Conclusion The main reasons for this epidemic were that the vaccination rate of mumps was not high and the immunization history was low.When the epidemic occured,emergency vaccination should be taken as early as possible,and the school should strictly implement the isolation treatment system,carry out health education,open windows and ventilate the classroom,disinfect the classroom after school every day and adopt other comprehensive prevention and control measures,so as to effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic.
