摘要
目的探讨针对性护理对神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术后的效果。方法选取广东省深圳市第二人民医院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的垂体瘤患者102例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各51例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用针对性护理干预,观察比较两组的手术指标、胃肠功能恢复情况和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间与肛门排气时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间和术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理应用于神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术后护理,能够明显改善胃肠功能,有效降低并发症发生率,并提高护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing on patients after endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods One hundred and two patients with pituitary adenoma treated in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The surgical indexes,the situation of gastrointestinal function recovery and postoperative complications rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds and anal exhaust time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients after endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection could significantly improve gastrointestinal function,effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
