摘要
目的分析我国大陆居民糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的流行病学特点,为预防控制DR提供科学依据。方法在国内外相关文献数据库中收集关于中国大陆居民DR流行病学研究的相关文献,应用Meta分析对中国大陆居民DR的流行病学特点进行分析。结果共有19篇文献纳入研究范围,总样本量为189 221例,DR患病率为1.62%(95%CI:1.24%~2.05%);DR患者占糖尿病患者的20.86%(95%CI:14.98%~27.43%);DR患病率在不同性别之间差异有统计学意义(OR合并=0.86,95%CI:0.75~0.98);北方地区DR患病率为1.63%(95%CI:1.16%~2.8%);南方地区DR患病率为1.61%(95%CI:0.93%~2.46%)。DR患者占糖尿病患者的比例北方为25.32%,南方为14.59%。结论中国大陆地区DR的合并患病率较高,DR患者占糖尿病患者的比例较高,男性DR患病率低于女性。DR患者占糖尿病患者的比例北方地区高于南方地区。DR在糖尿病人群中所占比例较大,应加强糖尿病患者的眼底检查,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of diabetic retinopathy(DR) of the residents in China, and to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control.Methods The relevant literatures on epidemiological studies on DR of the residents in Chinese mainland were collected in the relevant literature databases both inside and outside China. The epidemiological characteristics of DR of the residents in Chinese mainland were analyzed by Meta-analysis. Results A total of 19 literatures were included in the study, the total sample size was 189221 cases. The prevalence rate of DR was 1.62%(95%CI: 1.24%-2.05%), accounting for 20.86%(95%CI: 14.98%-27.43%) of diabetic patients. The difference in prevalence of DR between genders was statistically significant(OR=0.86, 95%CI: 0.75-0.98). The prevalence rate of DR in the north was 1.63%(95%CI: 1.16%-2.18%), and 1.61%(95%CI: 0.93%-2.46%) in the south. The prevalence of DR accounted for 25.32% of diabetic patients in the north and 14.59% in the south.Conclusion The combined prevalence of DR in Chinese mainland is high, and DR patients account for a high proportion in diabetic patients;the prevalence of DR in males is lower than that in females. The proportion of DR patients in diabetic patients in the north is higher than that in the south. There are many DR patients in diabetes population. The examination of fundus functions should be strengthened among diabetic patients.Early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment should be done.
