摘要
为观察切开搔刮术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效,将86例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。治疗组患者采用切开搔刮术治疗,对照组患者采用低位切开高位挂线术治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、术后疼痛程度、创面愈合时间及术后肛门功能等指标。结果显示,治疗组患者在术后疗效和创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组(P <0.05),2组患者在术后疼痛程度、肛门功能评分等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,采用切开搔刮术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘可明显缩短创面愈合时间,疗效显著。
This study was to observe the effect of high anal complex fistula treated with the procedure of incision and scratch &scrape,randomly divided 86 patients with this fistula into treatment group(43 cases,adopted above procedure)and control group(43 cases,low incison & higher thread-drawing);then compared both groups’ effect,postoperative pain degree,wound-surface healing time,and anal function,etc.As results,in effect and postoperative wound-surface healing time,treatment group was all superior to control groups(P <0.05);but,in postoperative score on pain degree and anal function,etc,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Results show that the procedure of incision and scratch & scrape for high complex anal fistula can significantly shorten wound-surface healing time,its effect is notable.
