摘要
依托上海市周邓公路污水干管完善工程,从顶管出洞、洞口止水、管道抗扭转、姿态控制等方面出发,对离心浇铸玻璃钢夹砂管在顶管施工中的技术控制措施进行了分析,总结出一套较为有效的技术管理方法。通过积累成功经验,可以达到熟悉管材性能、为后续类似施工提供参考等目的。
Relying on the Shanghai Zhoudeng highway main sewage pipe improvement project,from the outgoing pipe jacking,waterstop at hole entrance,pipe anti-twisting,attitude control and other aspects,the technical control measures of centrifugal casting glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipe in pipe jacking construction are analyzed,and a set of effective technical management methods is summarized.Through the accumulation of successful experience,it can achieve the purpose of familiarizing with pipe properties and providing reference for subsequent similar construction.
