摘要
为确保郑州南站郑万正线联调联试节点按期进行,需要在承轨层上搭设钢结构防护棚,保证站房高架候车层混凝土结构和承轨层桥面线路铺轨上下两层作业同步完成。重点研究重型钢结构防护棚在下部轨道已铺设、上部高架候车层混凝土结构已完成情况下的拆除施工工艺,通过研发、使用轨道行走式升降拆除装置,快速安全地拆除防护棚架,缩短了工期,节省了费用,为后续四电施工创造了条件。
To ensure the joint debugging and testing of Zhengwan main line of Zhengzhou South Railway Station on schedule,it is necessary to set up a steel structure protective shed on the track bearing layer to ensure that the concrete structure of the elevated waiting layer of the station building and the track laying on the bridge deck of the track bearing layer can be completed simultaneously.The demolition construction technology of heavy steel structure protective shed is studied when the lower track has been laid and the upper elevated waiting layer concrete structure has been completed.The rail walking hoisting demolition device is developed and used,which can quickly and safely remove the protective shed,shorten the construction period,save the cost,and create conditions for the follow-up construction of communication engineering,signal engineering,power engineering and electrification engineering.
