摘要
海拉尔东街-海拉尔西街-金海路高架桥工程是贯穿呼和浩特东西城区的标志性工程,全线梁体全部采用钢箱梁和钢-混组合梁。针对这种规模巨大的市政桥梁工程,通过对钢桥分段,胎架线形控制,临时支撑设计,梁段桥位吊装、调整、焊接,钢桥卸载等施工关键技术的分析与控制,最终取得了理想的社会与经济效益,对此类钢桥施工具有较好的借鉴意义。
The viaduct project of Hailar East Street-Hailar West Street-Jinhai Road is a landmark project running through the east and west urban areas of Hohhot.The steel box girders and steel-concrete composite beam are used in the whole line.Aiming at the huge municipal bridge project,the key construction technologies are analyzed and controlled,such as steel bridge segmentation,linear control on jig frame,temporary support design,hoisting,adjustment and welding of girders,steel bridge unloading,etc.Finally,the ideal social and economic benefits are achieved,which has a good reference significance for the construction of such steel bridges.
